Your site isn’t accepting my image. Does it have to be in a specific format?
We prefer the design in vector SVG format because it will retain its quality when sent to print. While not preferred, high-resolution PNG or JPG images will also work. For large prints, designs in 5000 by 5000 pixel resolution at 300 DPI will look the best. The maximum image size is 15 MB.
    Can I modify my design after the purchase?
    Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. All your items are sent to print immediately after the purchase to make sure you get your merchandise as soon as possible.
      The online designer isn’t loading in my browser! What should I do?

        Payment and Cancellation

        Can I get a discount on my order?
        If you order more items, you may be eligible for a discount on your entire order. You’ll see the number of items needed to order to receive this discount, and the discount amount, in the Order Summary section on the second step of designing your order, right before payment. 

        What methods of payment do you accept?
        We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

         

        When will my card be charged?

        Your card will be charged right after you make your order.

        Is my payment secure?
        Yes, it is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers to make sure your money is safe at all times.  

        Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?
        Yes, we accept pre-paid gift cards from all major banks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

        Your site keeps declining my card, what’s happening?
        Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank and automatically accepts or declines payments. Unfortunately, we cannot override the system. If your card is not accepted, please contact your bank or try using a different credit card.

        Can I cancel my order?
        Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All items are sent to print immediately after the purchase to make sure you get your merchandise as soon as possible.

        Shipping and Delivery

        When will I receive my items?
        All items are made to order and they ship out once printed. Orders with up to 14 items are shipped within 5 days. Orders with 15 or more items are shipped within 14-18 days. Standard shipping times then apply.
        You can always click the link in your confirmation email to visit your personalized tracking page for more information on the status of your order. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer – up to 8 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

        Where is my order now?
        To access your order tracking page, click the blue button in your confirmation e-mail. The page gives you the exact status of your order right from the purchase. You can check on the progress of your order and track it online once it ships.  

        Do you ship internationally?
        Yes! We ship to most countries in the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and UPS restrictions.
        A list of unsupported countries where we cannot ship can be found here. 

        How much does it cost to ship to my country?
        For orders shipped to the United States, shipping is $4.99 for the first item, plus $1.50 for each subsequent item.
        For international orders, shipping is $11.99 for the first item, plus $4.00 for each subsequent item.

        Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
        We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!

        Can I change my shipping address?
        Unfortunately, no. To make sure you receive your merchandise as soon as possible, your order goes to production immediately after the purchase. Once your items are in production, the shipping address cannot be modified. 

        I’m being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my package, can you help?
        While we cannot be responsible for import taxes charged by your government, please contact us with a scan or photo of the customs receipt showing the charge, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

        What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
        If your order was deemed undeliverable by the postal service and returned back to us, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund instead, we would be happy to refund the full price of all items in the returned package.

        What printing process do you use? How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
        We currently offer both screenprinting and high-quality digital printing (direct-to- garment Typically, higher volume orders are screenprinted, and we analyse the artwork and volume of the order to determine the most appropriate printing method for cost and quality.
        Our manufacturers have over 40 years of experience in the T-Shirt printing business and are audited monthly for quality. They are certified and used by Disney and the NFL for official merchandise.
        All of our apparel is printed with Phthalate lead-free inks made from eco-friendly materials.
        The colors are blended by hand, and screen-printed with the highest mesh count to ensure top notch quality.

        Where are your products printed? Can I choose the type of material?
        All printing takes place in the USA. We offer a variety of styles by Gildan, Next Level and Hanes.  We have a strict social policy ensuring that we only work with producers and suppliers who have fair labor and social responsibility policies.

        I’d like to change my order items. Can I still do this?

        If available, we are happy to exchange your order if you have received the correct order but are dissatisfied with the size. You will be asked to cover return postage, and we will pay the postage for the replacement item.

        I received the wrong size or color – How can you fix this?

        Please contact us with the exact details of the items you received (a picture will be great). Someone from our customer service team will be happy to help!

        What happens if my item is damaged?

        If you received a damaged item, please contact us with the picture and we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided we have the inventory. The damaged item does not need to be returned to Represent. If we are unable to replace the shirt, we will refund you for the item in full, shipping included.

        What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

        Represent is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.

        To best preserve the quality of your Represent apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible.

        What is your return and exchange policy?

        If you have received the correct order but you are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we would be happy to accommodate an exchange, provided we have the inventory.

        If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, the item can be returned for a refund of the item’s cost only. At this time, Represent is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

        We are happy to provide one exchange (if available) or one return per item per order; in other words, a single item can only be exchanged once.
